Sales tax, property tax, other? Market-goers Sound-off
(KCPW News) The Utah Transit Authority has big plans to extend TRAX to the airport and several west-side locations. But they need 900-million dollars to make that happen - otherwise the project could take decades. The debate now is whether to use sales tax, property tax or some other funding source to pay for the new light rail spurs. At the Downtown Farmer's Market Saturday, KCPW asked attendees where they think the money should come from:
