Political pundits were certain the 2004 presidential election would be the year that America's youth came to the polls and made a difference. But the elusive 18 to 30 year-old set was largely absent, and candidates still struggle to reach them. For one Senate hopeful in Utah, success may hinge on reaching - and rallying - the state's large youth population. KCPW's Julie Rose reports:
