Huntsman's Lobbying Blitz Pays Off

(KCPW News) Governor Huntsman is expected to call a special session of the Utah Legislature later this month to give a 70-million dollar income tax cut. But there's a possibility the agenda will not include a proposal to let Salt Lake County raise the sales tax to pay for transportation. Lawmakers spent most of yesterday debating the proposals. KCPW's Julie Rose files this report:
