Tax Plan Likely to Pass, Advocacy Groups Opine

(KCPW News) Tomorrow, the Utah State Legislature will meet in special session to consider two tax reform proposals. One is an income tax cut for which Governor Huntsman has worked more than a years. He's banking on the promise of support from Republican leaders to get it through. And while success seems likely, many advocacy groups are less supportive. KCPW's Julie Rose reports:
