China Could Become Top Trading Partner For Utah

(KCPW News)  Governor Jon Huntsman is back in Utah after a trade mission to China. Right now, China is one of the top-five trading partners for Utah. Huntsman says nurturing trade relationships with China is an imperative for the future of Utah's economy, because the country could become the top trading partner for the Beehive state.

Huntsman adds this sort of trade mission cannot be a one-time event, because it will take time to develop cultural and business relationships with the nation.

Huntsman expects a follow up mission in the next year that could focus on higher education.
