Republican Doctor Joe Jarvis Challenges Incumbent Democrat Scott McCoy

All eyes are on the close race between Democrat Scott McCoy and Republican Doctor, Joe Jarvis. They're vying for the state Senate seat in District 2 - which includes the Avenues, Federal Heights, parts of downtown Salt Lake City and Capital Hill.

KCPW's Jonathan Brown asked each candidate to name the most important issue in this election. Jarvis says it's health care.
