(KCPW News) The elections ushered in some shuffling on Utah's Capitol Hill. Three members of the Utah House managed to get elected for a seat in the Senate. To the casual observer, a lawmaker is a lawmaker, whether in the House or the Senate. But a closer look reveals some striking differences between the two bodies. And that means some adjustment for the newbies. KCPW's Julie Rose reports:
