How Advocates Fared in the Gov's Budget

(KCPW News) All told, it now costs more than 10 billion dollars to run the State of Utah. Yesterday Governor Jon Huntsman Junior laid out his plans for spending the money - including a billion dollar surplus. Much of the money goes to maintaining existing projects. But some new things ended up on the list - and other are back for another try at funding. KCPW's Julie Rose reports on how some projects fared.
