(KCPW News) A highly-anticipated measure to create public school vouchers is ready to take center stage at the Utah Legislature. But where the issue of "School Choice" has hit a brick wall in previous years, 2007 is shaping in a decidedly different landscape. KCPW's Julie Rose has this analysis:
