(KCPW News) Governor Jon Huntsman has quietly signed the majority of bills from the Legislature this year without fanfare. But he made an exception yesterday for Senate Bill 223. That measure was one of his pet projects, and could go down as one of his most lasting legacies as Governor. KCPW's Julie Rose reports:
