Long-Running Foster Care Lawsuit Ends

(KCPW News) A federal judge has declared the end to a 14-year lawsuit that cost Utah nearly seven million dollars and resulted in a major overhaul of the state's child welfare system. The case was known as "David C versus Leavitt" and Governor Huntsman calls its resolution "a significant milestone for Utah's children." KCPW's Julie Rose explains:
