(KCPW News   by Duncan Moench) As a politician, no matter what office you are seeking, the easiest way to earn points with voters is to say you'll improve education. However, the fact is city mayors rarely have much of an impact on the classroom. Reporter Duncan Moench sat down with some of the candidates vying to be the next Mayor of Utah's capital to find out what impact, if any, the next mayor can have on the classroom.
