County Mayor Corroon Endorses Becker

(KCPW News) Salt Lake County Mayor Peter Corroon is endorsing Ralph Becker in the Salt Lake City mayoral race. Corroon announced his endorsement today after several weeks of secrecy on the subject.

Corroon worked closely with Becker during Corroon's days as chair of the Avenues Community Council. He cites Becker's background in environmental work and his plan for education as reasons for the endorsement.

Salt Lake City Council members Soren Simonsen and Eric Jergensen also offered their endorsement of Ralph Becker today.
