(KCPW News) Businessman JT Martin says his first priority as a Salt Lake City Councilman would be to solicit donations to buy a natural-gas powered vehicle that volunteers will use to patrol District Six and watch for illegal activity.Martin's second priority will be reducing the carbon footprint of District Six by encouraging wind power and fuel-efficient vehicles. Martin says he supports the 192-million dollar bond for a new public safety building. And he's in favor of building a skybridge over Main Street.
