(KCPW News) In January, Democratic State Lawmaker Ralph Becker will take the reins of Salt Lake City. He spent his campaign making promises and summarizing them in a series of blueprints. Today KCPW's Julie Rose looks at some of what Becker promises for his first six months in office:
