Lawmakers May Limit Governor's Power

(KCPW News) Earlier this year, Utah Governor Jon Huntsman signed the state into the Western Climate Initiative, a pact with several other states to develop and implement strategies to reduce greenhouse gases. The Governor's action drew the ire of some lawmakers who now want the legislature to have the final word on such moves. KCPW's Eric Ray reports:
