Battle Starts over Florida & Michigan Votes While McCain Secures Nomination

(KCPW News) This Tuesday's primaries in four states, including Texas and Ohio, gave no rest to journalists, who will now still be following Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama as their battle for the Democratic nomination draws out further and further. Now, Clinton's campaign wants votes cast in Florida and Michigan to count, even though the national convention stripped the states of their delegates for moving their primaries up.

Every week, we talk with Congressional Quarterly in Washington, DC about the 2008 election. This week, CQ Politics reporter Jonathan Allen joined KCPW's Jeff Robinson from the House press gallery on Capitol Hill to discuss both Republican and Democratic strategy.

Democrats caucus this Saturday in Wyoming.
