Salt Lake County Dem. Party Chair Discusses Convention
(KCPW News) Over the weekend, hundreds of Salt Lake County democratic delegates came to Jordan High School to decide who should represent them in five contested House races and two Senate races. One incumbent senator on the west side of the county lost his spot.The party also chose former Vice Chairman Weston Clark as its new leader, after the old one resigned two weeks ago. This morning, KCPW's Jeff Robinson spoke with Clark for a wrap-up of the convention and a look ahead at what races he is especially hopeful about.
Salt Lake County Republicans hold their convention this Saturday at the South Towne Expo Center in Sandy.
