Propose Alternative That Doesn't Subsidize Premiums

(KCPW News) Voting along party lines this afternoon, Republicans on the Salt Lake County Council killed a proposal to extend healthcare benefits to the domestic partners and other financial dependents of county employees. KCPW's Jeff Robinson was there for the debate and filed this report.
