(KCPW News) Gas prices are at an all-time high in Utah and immigration reform has become as galvanizing as it it divisive. How will those issues affect the upcoming election? KCPW asked attendees at both the State Republican and Democratic Conventions to weigh-in.

Domestic American labor has a right to ask how increased rates of immgiration, legal and illegal, will affect them. I am afraid of immigration because most of the new arrivals are entitled to preferential treatment in hiring and promotion (AA). If we dropped the AA I would be a lot more generous in my feelings for these new arrivals.
