Howard Dean's 50-State Strategy Under Fire
Democratic Chairman Howard Dean is pushing a "50-state plan" as a way to build the party for the long-term. Some prominent Democrats are questioning the logic of spending party money in states like Utah, where Democrats have been an afterthought, instead preferring to focus on the upcoming 2006 elections.
